Access is granted at XNM's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause. The fact that a user has been granted access on a given day does not entitle them to continued or future access.
Free access is limited to a 14-day evaluation period. Continued use beyond the trial requires an active paid subscription. Subscription tiers, pricing, and terms are available on request.
Unauthorized use is prohibited. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, redistribution, sublicensing, or attempting to bypass access controls is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of access and legal action.
All data is protected with industry-standard encryption: TLS 1.3 (RFC 8446) for every connection in transit; AES-256 encryption at rest across all storage. Login requires an enterprise OIDC-compliant identity provider credential combined with time-based one-time-password multi-factor authentication (TOTP, RFC 6238) — no SMS fallback, no bypass.
Members can only see content within their authorized tier (Admin / Director / Manager / Coordinator), enforced server-side at every request with per-project, per-folder, and per-file overrides. Every document access — successful or denied — is permanently logged. Members are added by the Administrator only; no self-registration.
